Our Fitness Trainers Duties for Group & Private Sessions:

All qualified Fitness Instructors lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities . They work with clients of all ages and skills levels. 

Personal Fitness Trainers will design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients.  They start by evaluating their clients current fitness levels, personal goals and  skills development then personalised a training programs for them to follow and monitor their progress which combine with science nutrition. 

  • Personal Training Session (45mins)

  • Semi-Private Fitness Session (45mins)

  • Group A Class (Strength/Intervals Programs)(Outdoor) (45mins)

  • Group B Class (General Fitness for everyone) (Indoor) (45mins)

  • Indoor Spin Class (To all Fitness levels) (45mins)

No matter what your level of experience is, we can find the right exercises for your one-on-one workout, including (but not limited to) strength training exercises and spinning routines.

Indoor Spin Class (45mins)

 

Indoor cycling classes are as challenge as they are exhilarating. Benefits of a class include weight loss, improve strength and endurance. These benefits are enhanced when classes are combined with other cardio and resistance workouts but you can easily use the class as your main workout.

 

In order to improve your strength, plan on doing at least 150 minutes of cycling per week. You may see results after a few weeks of regular classes but you will have to keep up with the classes in order to maintain the best results.

Spinning Class

Group A (Strength Circuit/ HIT Class (45mins)

Each class will be performed in an outdoor environment where everyone can motivate each other to make it through each workout. Each class has a fun, high-energy mix of bodyweight and creative equipment exercises
