We are all about authenticity and spreading motivation. We specialised in design sports specific, strength and conditioning training program and aquatic rehabilitation program. We focus on any developments in the field of health, wellness and nutrition to keep you an active and healthy lifestyle. We also introducing myofascial meridians concept to help our young athletics to seniors citizens to feel better, improve their flexibility and getting stronger on their daily movement. Our aim at Tiki Sports Coaching  is to be there with you every step of the way, to keep things simple. 

 

We offer a full range of gym and fitness equipments to suit all training styles at the private gym with our personal fitness trainers. We have schedule a private sessions, semi-private sessions and group sessions for teenagers +10 age to adults group. We want to inspire and support you to be the best athletic person you can.

 

About our aquatic fitness program, whether you are beginner, competitive swimmers to the challenge of ocean swim or for general fitness or rehabilitation after your injuries. Well we got you cover. We believe in balance exercise could benefits of living an active lifestyle above all else. If you want to compete in the Master Swim meets or Youth Division Pool competition, we offer Stroke Correction Program to lead your goal.

Doing exercise is a movement lifestyle and is also a great way to alleviate stress. Especially swimming, as it is one of the most relaxing and peaceful forms of exercise. We welcome everybody with open arms to join our group and we are always happy to assist you.
